The Who ‘Live At Shea Stadium 192’ Coming To DVD June 29th

The Who is digging into its vaults to release one of its classic shows of yesteryear -- at New York's Shea Stadium on October 13, 1982 during the group's first "farewell" tour.

Live at Shea Stadium 1982 comes out June 29 on DVD and Blu-ray, with a 25-song set that includes plenty of Who classics, a few songs from the then-new "It's Hard" album and show-closing covers of the Beatles' "I Saw Her Standing There," Eddie Cochran's "Summertime Blues" and the Isley Brothers' "Twist and Shout."

It was the Who's last tour for seven years and marked the final trek for drummer Kenney Jones, who replaced the late Keith Moon in 1979. Surviving Who members Pete Townshend and Roger Daltrey are currently on the road with the Who Hits 50! Tour, playing North America until May 30, the summering in Europe before coming back across the pond September 14 in San Diego.
