Join WCSX for Camp Day 2017!
Tim Hortons in Dearborn
Wednesday, May 31st from 8-10 a.m.
On Tim Hortons' Camp Day, 100% of coffee and iced coffee sales at participating restaurants are donated to the Tim Horton Children’s Foundation (THCF).
Attending a THCF camp comes at absolutely no cost to kids or their families.
In 2016 alone, Camp Day raised over $13.1 million and helped to send more than 19,000 kids from low-income families on a life-changing camp experience at one of seven THCF camps across North America. Since 1991, this annual event has raised more than $162 million, providing 237,000 children from low-income families the opportunity to become more responsible, caring and motivated individuals.
Funds raised on Camp Day provide so much more than visits to camp. Tim Hortons Camp Day gives kids from low-income families an experience that will help them build essential life skills and make their futures brighter. A THCF camp experience helps kids unlock their hidden strengths, develop critical life skills, find their own success and thrive as contributing members of their communities.
Funds raised help Tim Horton's Restaurant Owners sponsor kids in their community. They work closely with local youth organizations and schools to identify kids who would benefit most from the experience.
Tim Hortons Guests can also purchase a Camp Day bracelet at participating Tim Hortons restaurants for just $2 plus tax while supplies last. Available in four different colors, Guests are invited to wear the bracelets in support of the Tim Horton Children’s Foundation, and take a selfie with their Tim Horton's Camp Day coffee cup using the hashtag #CampDay.
Guests can make a one-time, weekly, or monthly donation online any time at timscampday.ca.
