Can You Check This For Me?
CASTELLON DE LA PLANA, SPAIN - SEPTEMBER 15: Luggage from passengers of the first commercial flight landing at Castellon airport lay on the baggage carousel on September 15, 2015 near Castellon de la Plana, in Castellon province, Spain. Castellon airport was inaugurated four and half years ago, but only today the first commercial flight, the Ryanair flight FR8555, landed on it. The ghost airport was inaugurated on March 2011 with an estimated cost of over 150 million euros, becoming on a symbol of Spain's huge public spendings and alleged corruptions. When you go to the airport one of the most frustrating things to do is check your bags. This passenger made things very easy by only checking one thing…
During check in at Melbourne Airport on Saturday for Qantas flight QF777 the passenger handed over his luggage – consisting of one can of Emu Export lager.
The passenger, who wishes to remain unnamed, told Daily Mail Australia he was skeptical as to whether he could pull it off after he and a friend had thought of the idea. ‘My mate works at the airport and we hatched the plan as a laugh – I half didn’t expect it to come out the other end,’ he said.

Hey It’s Ryan, let me start off by saying…YES, I was born and raised in Wixom, Michigan although a lot of listeners like to joke that I am from Arizona. WCSX has always been my radio home, I have been at the station since I was a 23-year-old intern, co-host of Big Jim’s House, married with kids. Family and radio are what I love, but don’t get me started on golf!
Like some, I have become obsessed with golf and you can hear all about that on “The Ball Washer Pod” right here on WCSX. One of my other passions is helping out the Vets. Since coming to WCSX I have been apart of raising hundreds of thousands for local vet groups. Other than that, I am a goofy guy, loving life, my family and talking to you on the radio. Ryan writes about golf, family and what happens on “Big Jim’s House.”
