A new survey by the international animal charity SPANA reveals that 80% of people treat their dog like a family member. Other findings:
– 10% of people have purchased designer clothing for their dog
– 12% of people have purchased a luxury dog leash for their dog
– 8% of dogs have their own designer handbag
– 20% of dog owners have purchased expensive, gourmet treats for their dogs
– 47% of people give their dogs human food
– 40% of people allow their dog to sleep on the bed with them
– 23% of people kiss their dog more than their partner
Hey It’s Ryan, let me start off by saying…YES, I was born and raised in Wixom, Michigan although a lot of listeners like to joke that I am from Arizona.
