Amber Schmunk couldn't fit both her son and his new pool in her mini van so before driving home she put the pool on the roof of the car and her child inside of the pool to hold it down.
Officers were dispatched when drivers began to call in because they noticed a small child riding on top of a mini van, but don't worry because Amber eventually pulled over and put both the pool and boy in the van.
When police arrived, Schmunk said "she believed it was OK as her father let her do things like that when she was that age."
Schmunk was charged with second degree recklessly endangering safety -- a felony. She faces 10 years behind bars. She's due in court for her initial appearance on November 14th.
