A 17-year-old girl with special needs had a bad experience trick-or-treating last week, so her community got together…

Last week during Halloween someone shut a door in a girl’s face because they said she was too old for trick-or-treating, not realizing she had special needs. When the community found out they stepped into action and put on another Halloween just for the girl her name is Trina Burnett.
