A week before Tom Petty died of a heart attack at the age of 66, he and The Heartbreakers wrapped up their 40th anniversary tour.
Now that outing is up for Major Tour of the Year and Rock Tour of the Year at the 29th Annual Pollstar Awards, February 8th at the Wiltern Theater in Los Angeles. And Petty's longtime manager, Tony Dimitriades [prn: Duh-me-tree-ah-dis], is nominated for Manager of the Year along with Irving Azoff who handles the Eagles and many others.
