The Boss Among “25 Most Intriguing People of the Year”
Bruce Springsteen is back on newsstands this month. He tops People magazine’s list of the “25 Most Intriguing People of the Year”: “the heroes, icons and shining stars who helped shape society and light up a dark time.”
Under Bruce’s photo, it says, “Is there anything the Boss can’t do? He’s got the rock star thing down, his 2016 memoir topped bestseller lists and now he’s the hottest ticket on the Great White Way.” He says, “I’ve got a job where thousands of people call my name. Why would I retire from that?”
Other folks on the list include singer Ariana Grande, quarterback Colin Kaepernick, Jimmy Kimmel, Prince Harry and Senator John McCain.
Also, Bruce and his wife Patti Scialfa are on the cover of New York magazine’s focus on “Reasons to Love New York.” The magazine cites the success of his Springsteen on Broadway residency, which has been extended until June.
