Surveillance video is used for more than just catching this criminal…
Police are looking for a man in Waterford who broke into an auto care center on December 4th. The man wasn’t a good criminal for two reasons, first he had trouble getting in and then he had trouble keeping his pants up!
First he broke out a window with a flower pot. Once inside, surveillance video shows the barefoot man tripping over his baggy pants and tumbling onto the floor – fully exposing his rear end.
