According to a nutriotiionist, when you wake up in the morning don’t reach for your favorite bowl of cereal for breakfast, grab a slice of pizza.

In a blog post, dietitian Chelsey Amer says, “pizza and a bowl of cereal with whole milk have the same amount of calories, but pizza packs a larger protein punch which keeps you full throughout the morning.”

This doesn’t necessarily mean to order pizza for breakfast. Other dietitians say cereal can be a healthier option than pizza, but you just have to be smart about it.
