Chuck Norris famously played the role of “Walker, Texas Ranger” for years, and now he’s saying that he’s not getting the money he deserves from the show being played on video-on-demand services.

Norris’ company Top Kick Productions, has it’s sights on CBS and Sony Pictures for allegedly cheating him out of his share of Video on Demand money. Back in 1993, the two made a deal that Norris would get 23% of profits, and he says he hasn’t seen a dime.

In the lawsuit, Norris says CBS have “conspired” to promote his show more via on demand services and less on TV and DVD so they won’t have to pay him his share, and he hasn’t seen any money since 2004.

To make all this right Norris’ company is looking to get $30 million.
