Stop and think for a moment… How much time per day do you spend attached to your smartphone? It is probably more than you realize.
University of Connecticut psychiatry professor David Greenfield compares humans to the famous “Pavlovian dogs” that were studied by famed Russian psychologist Ivan Pavlov so many years ago.
According to Greenfield, The average adult checks their phone 50 to 300 times each day.
