Jon Bon Jovi got about $2 million less than his asking price for this West Greenwich Village pad that features great views of the Hudson River.

He leaves fellow building resident Ben Stiller and recently moved into a $19 million dwelling in a nearby area.

His new neighbors include designer Michael Kors and Starbucks CEO Howard Schultz.

Bon Jovi's not home right now, because he's currently touring with his band in support of their album This House Is Not For Sale.
