Remember how Bon Jovi’s latest album topped the Billboard 200 last week through a clever concert ticket bundle sale? Turns out that sales victory really proves what comes up must come down.

After topping the Billboard 200, This House is Not for Sale dropped a staggering 168 spots, which is apparently a Billboard record. Congrats?

While this news had us wincing in pain like Peter Griffin, we then saw that Jon Bon Jovi just bought a $10 million Palm Beach mansion. Oh…and Bon Jovi will be inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame next month.

Basically, they’re coming out of this smelling like a “Bed of Roses.” (Bon Jovi wordplay, FTW!)
