Avengers Assemble for Dying Child Thanks to Twitter

Social media isn't all bad. Just ask FOX news analyst Shannon Bream who used the platform to connect a dying child with one of the actors from Marvel's Avengers.

"Need your help Twitterverse- trying to help a young boy who is dying," Bream tweeted. "He probably just has days and all he wants is a greeting from one of the Avengers .

Well, the Twitterverse responded with 10,000 retweets and tags to the stars. Then a wonderful thing happened, Chris Evans and Ryan Reynolds answered the call!

Bream responded on Twitter, "Thank you EVERYONE! Major progress has been made because of you. I guess Twitter can be full of love when someone really needs it."
