Lynyrd Skynyrd’s Final Show Will Be In Its Hometown
After nearly five and a half decades together, Lynyrd Skynyrd is hanging it up for good – but not before saying goodbye to their hometown.
Skynyrd has added one last stop to its 2018 farewell tour, September 2nd at EverBank Field in Jacksonville, FLA – the same city where Skynyrd first formed in 1964.
Johnny Van Zant called it a “dream come true” to play Jacksonville, where “the band got its start all those years ago”. Kid Rock and country star Jason Aldean have been announced as special guests for the show.
Lynyrd Skynyrd’s “The Last of the Street Survivors Farewell Tour” kicks off May 4th in West Palm Beach, FLA.
