Here’s Something You Don’t See Everyday
Sometimes there is no escaping the law. Not even when the law has four legs.
Detroit has a storied Mounted Unit that was founded in 1893. Wayne State University Police and the Detroit Police Department work together and because of the relationship, there’s a mounted horse as part of WSUPD.
A video is making the rounds online by Twitter user Sam_Farrah12 shows the long arm and legs of the law hard at work near the University. A car that looks like it’s a Toyota Camry goes by the mounted officer and off he goes down Anthony Wayne Drive near Warren. (Be Warned, there is a swear word in the video)
