“George Martin came to the studio and I said, ‘How do you want this. you know? Medium rare? Light?’ [He goes] ‘Let’s just do it.’ And we did it and we went out and ordered a bottle of Scotch and just sat there because he said, ‘You guys got it. Just get it down good and that’s it.’ And he meant it. It came out real good.”
