This video is aerial, troop, and burning building shoots of the Detroit Riots of 1967. The year 1968 is on the title because that is when it was released. The Detroit Riots started when police tried to close down a blind pig or underground bar. Violence erupted to be one of the larges riots in United States History. Governor George Romney called in the National Guard and President Lyndon B. Johnson called in the US Army.
