The home, that was used in all of the exterior shots, sits in Studio City, California. The owners first bought the house in '73 for $61,000 and are now listing it for almost $1.9 million.
The owners, who know and appreciate the history of their home, are expecting a ton of buyer calls, but they say they won't sell it to the biggest bidder, especially if it will be knocked down.
They'd prefer to sell it to someone who will preserve it.
