he majority of people in every state love dogs, except for one. In Nebraska, only 48% of people are dog lovers. The states with the highest percentage of dog lovers are California . . . New York . . . and Washington.
The five states with the highest percentage of dog lovers are: California . . . New York . . . Washington . . . Tennessee . . . and Florida.
And the five states with the fewest dog lovers are: Nebraska . . . Idaho . . . Maine . . . Vermont . . . and Rhode Island.
Michigan came in at 80% percent of people saying they are a dog person..Safe to say Michigan is a dog state...

Hey It’s Ryan, let me start off by saying…YES, I was born and raised in Wixom, Michigan although a lot of listeners like to joke that I am from Arizona.
