A family in North Dakota got a head start on their Halloween decorations, but the neighbors were not aware and panicked...
The couple wrote "HELP ME" on their window with what looked like blood, the neighbor saw it and called 911 after no one from the home answered the door.
Turns out the family was out at a birthday dinner, the police came and checked out the house to find nothing but fake spider webs and fake blood!
