Guns N' Roses have gone through a few personnel changes over the decades, but their current lineup has Slash pretty excited, calling them a "really well-oiled machine that's super functional."

Stories of the band's well-known dysfunction have been left in the past as they continue their "Not In This Lifetime Tour," which has become the biggest grossing in history.

Speaking to the "Talk Is Jericho" podcast, Slash says what makes GN'R work today is, "everybody is f*****g ready to go."

Missing from Guns N' Roses classic Appetite for Destruction lineup is rhythm guitarist Izzy Stradlin and drummer Steven Adler.
