In some seafood restaurants, you might find a tank filled with live lobsters from which you can choose for your meal. But in New York City, one establishment is taking fresh dining to the next level.

Zauo is set to open in the Chelsea neighborhood of Manhattan. At the Japanese export, patrons can rent a fishing pole and actually catch fish straight from one of their three tanks.

Thankfully for those who might not be an angler, the restaurant staff will help out.

Prices range from $38 to $110, with discounts for those who hook their own fish.
