Rod Stewart Admits He Can’t Cook Or Even Boil An Egg

When you're a giant rock icon, you really don't need to concern yourself with the mundane tasks of day-to-day existence. You have people to do that for you. So when Rod Stewart says he's "absolutely hopeless" in the kitchen, it's not like it's really that big of a deal.

But perhaps it explains why he's had so many wives and girlfriends. The legendary singer admits to Rolling Stone that he relies on his partners to handle cooking duties.

Stewart reveals, "I cannot cook to save me life. The last time I tried to make a boiled egg, I had about 20 pans and things out of the cupboard. What a mess. Nothing to be proud of."

At least he knows where he's lacking, joking that when single, he'd just hit up a cafe when necessary.
