An electric guitar signed by guitar legends like Eric Clapton, Jimmy Page, and Pete Townshend has been recovered after it was stolen more than 10 years ago.

An online guitar seller named Jack Moore came across the guitar and suspected something was up - partly because one of the autographs was from guitar legend Gary Moore - Jack's father.

Turns out the guitar was meant to be a fundraiser for a children's hospice facility, and disappeared before the auction. Other famous signatures on the 60th Anniversary Fender Stratocaster include Alice Cooper, Mark Knopfler, Brian May, and Don McLean.

Now that it's been recovered, the guitar will finally be auctioned off next week, benefitin The Rainbow Children's Hospice.
