Police in the California community of Salinas are trying to track down a man who spent three hours licking the doorbell of a home in an incident that was caught on video.
the man was identified as Roberto Daniel Arroyo and police said Arroyo could face misdemeanor charges of petty theft and prowling.
According to media reports , the cameras in the newly installed security system also caught Arroyo moving an extension cord to the front yard and relieving himself.
