The former Motley Crue bassist and his wife, 33-year-old Courtney Bingham, are expecting their first child together.
Sixx already has four children with ex-wives Brandi Brandt and Donna D'Errico, both onetime Playboy models.
Sources say Sixx is "ecstatic" about the upcoming addition to his family.
