Frankie MacDonald is a Canadian amateur weatherman from the Whitney Pier area of Sydney, Nova Scotia. MacDonald, who has autism, is known for his boisterous online weather forecasts. He posts the videos to his YouTube channel, where they have received more than 32 million views, and he has a special message for us in Michigan.
