Wednesday night at Staples Center in Los Angeles, one Lakers fan had an amazing time.

Los Angeles Lakers fan Dean Tran was selected to shoot from half-court for a $100,000 prize between the third and fourth quarters of the Lakers’ clash with the New Orleans Pelicans. He sank the shot, won the money and then got the attention of Laker's star Lebron James.

To add an extra dose of star power to what had already become a highly profitable evening, Tran also got congratulated by retired soccer icon David Beckham on his way off the floor.

When the 40 year old was asked what he was going to do with the money? Tran had an immediate answer. "A Ferrari," he replied. "But I have to check with the wife."
