Duran Duran Inducting Roxy Music into Rock Hall

More than the inductees themselves, sometimes the biggest highlights of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame induction ceremony are the evening's presenters. Right out the gate, the 2019 ceremony presenters list is off to a big start.

Duran Duran’s John Taylor revealed in an interview on Jonesy’s Jukebox that he and Simon Le Bon will be presenting Roxy Music and inducting the band into the Rock Hall.

Taylor talked about Roxy Music’s influence on him and seeing the video for “Virginia Plain” for the first and saying, “I remember seeing them on television, and they were just like nothing we'd ever seen before, were they?"

So far, no other presenters have been announced for the 2019 Rock Hall induction ceremony, which is taking place March 29 at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, N.Y.
