Man’s Car Stolen While He’s Asleep in Back Seat

A Delaware man thought he was dreaming about his car getting stolen as he slept in the backseat, however, he wasn’t dreaming.

Justin Koerner is a musician and says he had played a gig with friends late into the night when he decided to pull over and take a nap, he thought he was dreaming about a man jumping in the front seat of his car and when he woke up he saw tire treads and a destroyed bush.

Newark police say a man jumped into the car but crashed it and bailed after seeing Koerner in the backseat. Police started to take Koerner to jail but luckily a neighbor caught the who thing on his surveillance video.
