Some people have thought about doing this but never have the guts to do so…
Police are looking for a man who allegedly walked into a Michigan Subway, made his own sandwich, rang up orders for other customers and took $20 from the cash register before leaving.
The incident occurred at the Subway restaurant inside a Traverse City Walmart on March 9.
The Grand Traverse County sheriff’s office said the man told workers at the Subway that he was an employee at another area Subway and asked to make his own sandwich.
The workers told him no, but he allegedly walked behind the counter and made the sandwich anyway before taking several other customers’ orders and taking the $20, according to the Associated Press.
Police are hoping surveillance footage may help identify the man. They’re asking anyone who might know his identity to contact investigators in Grand Traverse County.
