While most people would say they’ve had enough of this year’s unforgiving winter, a Minnesota judge has actually done something about it.

Hennepin County Judge Kevin Burke on Thursday granted a restraining order against the season, naming Old Man Winter, Mr. Snow and even the country’s meteorologists in the complaint. The request was filed by a group of Minnesota citizens.

“The defendants are enjoined from permitting any more snowfall this winter in the ‘Restricted Geographic Regions’ of Minnesota; and especially within Hennepin County,” the order reads. “This Order is issued because there is compelling evidence in the record that Minnesota Meteorologists have conspired with the other Defendants to increase television and radio ratings. Who, for example, would watch the weather in Hawaii where it is always nice?”
