You know it's a bad sign if they guy learning to use a breathalyzer is drunk...
A Detroit Police officer is at the center of an internal investigation after he showed up drunk to training in Lansing.
Michigan State Police say it was discovered after the officer volunteered to be part of a demonstration on breathalyzer training.
The officer blew a .08, said Chief Craig.
The officer was not arrested because he was not armed at the time and did not drive to the training session, according to Michigan State Police.
