There's an amusing video of a city council meeting in Tampa last Thursday. An aide walks behind a council member and coughs or did she?
it sounds like she says "a-hole." Like in high school, when you'd pretend to cough but actually curse. The guy definitely notices.
The aide says she was just sick. But some people say it was intentional, because the guy took a chairmanship spot from the council member she works for.
