Mustang Remains Vintage
They brought out their Mustangs from every year
A buyer for a 1968 Mustang GT got much more than he bargained for, according to a post on a fan forum. While checking out the vintage muscle car, which had been stored in a barn for 40 years, Zach Taylor noticed a jar inside the vehicle.
The seller informed Taylor that those were the ashes from the former owner, who had passed a few years back.
When Taylor realized he wouldn’t be able to restore the car properly, he turned around a sold it to another collector in the UK.
Speaking to Fox News Autos, Colin Budden says he’s considering working the ashes into the chassis so the deceased “will remain with the car forever after the job is done”.
