A lot of wild animals are banned as pets in the state of Michigan and on Tuesday Eastpoint police had to act on one of those banned animals…

According to the Eastpointe Police Department, if it’s a pet Tony Montana from the movie “Scarface” would have as a pet, it’ll likely be prohibited from the city of Eastpointe.

On Tuesday, the chief animal control officer stood with two alligators that were confiscated by the department and handed over to the Critchlow Alligator Sanctuary in Athens, Michigan.
