We’ve all been to a show or two (or twelve) when the headliner opts to incorporate a cover into the setlist.

Some can feature a surprise appearance, like when AC/DC’s Brian Johnson popped up at a Billy Joel show in 2014 to sing “You Shook Me All Night Long.”

AC/DC's Brian Johnson joins Billy Joel on stage for a performance of "You Shook Me All Night Long" at Amway Center in Orlando, FL, on New Year's Eve, December 31, 2014.

Sometimes, they can be by an artist from a different genre, like when rapper Machine Gun Kelly added Motley Crue’s “Shout At The Devil” into his setlist on his recent tour, a nod to portraying Tommy Lee in The Dirt.
