The world's longest yard sale is headed to Michigan very soon.

The 700-mile long yard sale is in its 32nd straight year, traveling through six states from Alabama to Michigan.

This 4-day event known as 127 Yard Sale began its 2019 run yesterday (Thursday, August 1). It goes from Noccalula Falls Park in Gadsden, Alabama, through Georgia, Tennessee, Kentucky and Ohio before ending up in Addison, Michigan, according to The Gadsden Times.

The yard sale began in 1987, according to the event’s website. The goal of the man who started it all was to ensure travelers would avoid interstate highways in favor of scenic routes through rural communities.

As one might assume, most of the event follows Highway 127 and dozens of vendors will set up shop; sales will be set up all along the route. The event recommends attendees bring cash, sunscreen and rain gear.

You can even order an official t-shirt to commemorate the 2019 127 Yard Sale:
