This is something you don't see every day, or anytime really...

The NY Post claims a man in a Speedo was recently spotted riding his motorcycle on Interstate 90 in Madison, Wisconsin.

The overly-tan man had long hair and no shoes on. Drivers began videotaping him in his black Speedo. His clothes were strapped to the back of the motorcycle.
