This is one of those cases where the cops have to drop an "Anchorman" quote:  I'm not even mad, that's amazing...

A 35-year-old woman named Megan Mondanaro and her 31-year-old boyfriend Aaron Thomas were arrested on Friday night in Fernandina Beach, Florida for biking DRUNK.

The cops wound up cuffing both of them and putting them in the back of a cop car.

And while the cops were still outside of the car . . . somehow, Megan and Aaron managed to get their clothes off and start HAVING SEX.  Maybe they both had experience getting the job done with handcuffs on?

A cop opened the door to stop them and, according to the report, he says Aaron was totally naked . . . and Megan's pants were down and her breasts were fully visible.

In the chaos, Aaron tried to run away naked . . . but the cops managed to track him down by a Cold Stone Creamery nearby.  And Megan also resisted the arrest when she started kicking at a cop.

They were both charged with a DUI, resisting arrest, exposure of sexual organs, and engaging in lascivious acts.  And Aaron was also hit with charges for escape.

Hey It’s Ryan, let me start off by saying…YES, I was born and raised in Wixom, Michigan although a lot of listeners like to joke that I am from Arizona. WCSX has always been my radio home, I have been at the station since I was a 23-year-old intern, co-host of Big Jim’s House, married with kids. Family and radio are what I love, but don’t get me started on golf! Like some, I have become obsessed with golf and you can hear all about that on “The Ball Washer Pod” right here on WCSX. One of my other passions is helping out the Vets. Since coming to WCSX I have been apart of raising hundreds of thousands for local vet groups. Other than that, I am a goofy guy, loving life, my family and talking to you on the radio. Ryan writes about golf, family and what happens on “Big Jim’s House.”
