Prankster Vitalii Sediuk grabbed onto Justin's ankle as security guards pounced on him. Seduik is notorious for trying to kiss Will Smith at the Men in Black 3 premiere in 2012 and for planting his face in Bradley Cooper's crotch at an awards show in 2014.
