Meet Frankie MacDonald he is from from Sydney, Nova Scotia and he does his own weather reports.
Frankie has a warning for Detroit and our Canadian friends.
MacDonald has autism and has published over 1200 videos on YouTube, mostly weather forecasts, but also competitive eating, and how to properly shovel snow.
MacDonald’s videos have turned him into an “internet weather-broadcasting sensation,” with several hundreds of thousands of views for some videos.
