A commercial real estate company gave $10 million in bonuses to its 198 employees.

Employees at St. John Properties recently found out that they would get $50,000 to $250,000 depending on how long they have been with the company. Employees were handed a red envelope with their bonus Saturday at the company’s holiday party. Watch their reactions below.

"We wanted to reward our employees in a big way that would make a significant impact on their lives,” company founder Edward St. John said in a press release. “I am thankful for every one of our employees, for their hard work and dedication. I couldn’t think of a better way to show it.”
