PHOTO: Parishioner Photos Fill Church Pews on Easter Sunday
A lot of people are live streaming church this Sunday, but a pastor in Huntsville, Texas flipped the script. He wanted to be able to see people during his sermons. So he printed out photos of 200 church members, and taped them to the pews. Of course, he is not the first preacher to try this, another minister in Maine wanted to see a fullhouse for online services so he asked parishioners to send in their photos.
I’m not crying. I’m just cutting onions…
This is cool— First Parish Congregational Church in Saco is doing online services. The minister decided he wanted to preach to a full house so he asked his congregation to send in pictures that he could place in the pews. pic.twitter.com/MZqV2w7PeD
