Detroit's Majestic Complex - including the legendary Majestic Theatre - is for sale.

In a real estate listing posted last week on Loopnet.com, the theatre stands for sale, as well as much of the block, including the Majestic Theatre, Magic Stick Music Venue, Garden Bowl, Alley Deck and Bar and Sgt Pepperoni's Pizzeria.

"A package like this comes once in a lifetime with so much opportunity," the listing states. "The location couldn’t be better with all that surrounds- the Q-line, Mo-Go bikes and dozens of restaurants, coffee shops, venues, stadiums, casinos and more are within walking distance!"

The Majestic Theatre and Magic Stick are both members of the National Independent Venue Association. Independent venues across the U.S. - and the world - have been struggling in 2020 due to the coronaivrus pandemic.
