The Detroit Grand Prix will be back on Belle Isle for two weekends in 2021.
The sport cars of the International Motor Sports Association (IMSA) Series will compete on June 5, and the IndyCar Series will do two races on June 12 and June 13.
The two IndyCar races will be shown on NBC network TV.
The 2020 Chevrolet Detroit Grand Prix was canceled because of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. The event was supposed to take place on Belle Isle May 29 through 31.
