I injured my back in 2020 January the 17th and I have not been able to return to work since. I was a lift truck driver for 42 years at the same shop, I have applied for state disability and it looks like I will need to have back surgery. it is actually been 6 months since I applied for disability and have not heard a word since. The pandemic has ruined my wife’s home business as she’s a seamstress and very little work comes her way because of the pandemic. Without going into a really long sob story, things have been very very difficult for my wife and I, we are basically living day to day. Thank you very much for your consideration in this matter, $200 will go a long ways for us right now we could make that last 3 weeks for groceries. Thank you so much, Greg
