I lost my job of 31 years in April at Beaumont Healthcare due to COVID-19. It’s been challenging at my age to try and find a new job. I am currently working part-time but still looking for a better paying job. My dear daughter is in college and that expense has been difficult on just one salary. She is also working very hard as a CNA to help with expenses. I would love to be able to make this Christmas special, as she was just accepted into a very competitive nursing program and I’m so very proud of her. The desire to be a nurse especially during a pandemic, makes me know she will be an incredible one. However, money this year has to go towards school expenses. This $200 would certainly let me buy her something special. Thank you for considering me.
